UK SALES ASSISTANT

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our growing sales team as UK Sales Assistant. In this role you will be responsible for supporting our Special Sales Director and the UK Sales Team.


The role

- Timely processing of orders and dealing with queries from customers

- Completion of customer information sheets: new line forms, providing title data

- Sample management and distribution

- Handling imagery and page spread requests

- Compiling themed sell sheets

- Completing spreadsheets and retrieving title information for key accounts as and when required

- Supporting the team with customer and promotional mail outs

- Providing support for trade shows including helping with the set-up of the stand

What we’re looking for


- An enthusiastic individual

- Good communication skills, supported by strong attention to detail

- A talent for managing multiple projects and prioritising time
- The ability to work proactively and autonomously
- Excel proficiency is desirable but not essential as training will be given
- A team player
