Reviews
"JiHyeon Lees wordless picture book, Pool, celebrates the boundlessness of the imagination and conveys the possibility of shared imaginative experiences."Look/Book

"The book is poetic in the way it transitions from on page to the next; it creates movement and pauses of reflection. A colour palette of soft pastel blues, light skin tones and large portions of white space create a calm, dreamy rendering to the narrative."Magpie That, Blog

"JiHyeons magnificent wordless picturebook celebrates curiosity, imagination, and forming new friendships through shared experiences."Picturebook Makers

"This simple wordless tale with stunning illustrations is best appreciated by children over the age of five. Its hard not to gulp in this beautiful story about finding the courage to choose the lane less travelled. Although how they hold their breaths for 56 pages is beyond me." The Times Saturday Review

"This book shows how belief and friendship can make anything possible, taking a leap of faith can create opportunity and magic is around every corner. I highly recommend [...] for every library." Anne Hass, Treasures of Picture Books Blog.
